CrimelateCrysys

Lytton, B.C., Part II

In July 2021, Lytton in British Columbia had been destroyed by unprecedented forest fires that were fueled by climate change. Now – in November – the same region has been devastated by an unprecedented flash flood caused by the consequential damages of the fires that had burned during summer. Fire, flood – it just keeps on adding up.

#CrimelateCrysys : It‘s a systemic crime and too late we cry / We‘ll change the system and it will pass by.

We must initiate a system change.

NOW.

In 2021, climate crisis added up in British Columbia: Firstly forest fires destroyed Lytton, then a flash flood – as a consequence of the damage done by the fires – devastated the region.
